<p>CWM is seeking Experienced Asphalt Rakers to join our team. As a key member of the asphalt paving crew, the Asphalt Raker's primary responsibility is to use a lute rake to smooth asphalt joints and perform handwork in areas that the paving machine cannot reach. This position requires a proactive, hands-on approach, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and effective teamwork.</p> <ul> <li>---- </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Asphalt Handling: Use the lute rake to straighten asphalt joints and perform handwork on areas that the paving machine is unable to reach. </li><li>Tool Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools and equipment regularly, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition. </li><li>Job Site Support: Assist with the general operations of the job site, including flagging traffic, setting up and maintaining erosion control measures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. </li><li>Material Handling: Load and unload materials such as asphalt, dirt, gravel, and other construction materials.
