We are committed to providing exceptional banking services for our customers and fostering a positive work environment for our employees.</p> <p>Job Purpose</p> <p>The Client Support Specialist will provide a high level of service and assist with various banking transactions including debit cards, internet banking, and mobile wallet solutions. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service is imperative to enhance client relationships at every opportunity.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist clients with account inquiries, internet banking and bill pay issues, funds transfers, stop payments, loan payments, debit card limit increases and cancellations, and ordering checks. </li><li>Communicate with the customers in a respectful, cheerful and professional way. </li><li>Retrieve and respond to voicemails and emails from clients through all digital channels. </li><li>Provide ongoing processing support for Bank's various technology options. </li><li>Partners with all operational and client-facing employees to resolve any card related issues and ensure compliance with established bank policy and regulations. </li><li>Assist branch personnel as needed </li><li>Demonstrate professional behavior that supports team efforts and enhances team behavior, performance and productivity. </li><li>All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned, to support the Bank's mission & strategic objectives. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p>
