This is a high-visibility role where you will define the standards for AI led automation and innovation in a market that never stops evolving. As a Senior Product Manager for SCALE and PLG , you will build AI native workflows that will re-imagine next generation onboarding, customer deployment delivery and product led growth . This role is designed for a platform-focused product builder who deeply empathises with enterprise customer pain points and works passionately to remove friction and deliver value. You will leverage AI and Agentic workflows to automate platform operations and simplify the complexity of network security management.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Empathy-Led Roadmap: Deep-dive into the practitioner's "Day 0" and "Day 1" journey to identify friction points in SASE onboarding and service delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>AI Strategy: Define and execute the integration of AI/ML to automate complex network mapping, policy inheritance, and security configuration validation.</p> </li><li> <p>Accelerated Time-to-Value: Design "Golden Path" workflows that allow customers to transition from purchase to protection in record time.</p> </li><li> <p>Service Delivery Automation: Convert traditional "human-in-the-loop" service tasks into automated work items, ensuring consistency and speed across the global customer base.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, UX, and Customer Success to ensure that automation isn't just "functional" but intuitively designed for the person behind the screen.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Technical Foundation: BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.</p> </li><li> <p>SaaS PM Expertise: 5-8+ years of product management experience (leveling dependent on experience), specifically within SaaS Platform/Infrastructure organizations.</p> </li><li> <p>Scale & Resiliency: Proven track record of managing platforms with high-availability requirements, complex multi-tenancy, and large-scale data sets.</p> </li><li> <p>Target Background: Prior experience automating workflows and demonstrable body of work.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Mindset: A "Time-to-Value" obsession. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
