You'll manage and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate teams, support pardon and parole staff with detailed docket preparation, and create, upload, and maintain essential materials such as decision forms, minute sheets, and weekly hearing agendas. You'll also be responsible for creating, updating, and modifying data within IBM Notes and Cajun, ensuring records are accurate, organized, and ready when they matter most.</p> <p>At our Baton Rouge location, you'll be at the heart of live hearings that truly matter. Our team works side-by-side with the Board of Pardons and the Committee on Parole, ensuring every document we gather, and upload is accurate, timely, and impactful. Assist pardon and parole staff with docket preparation. </li><li>Create, upload, and maintain decision forms, minute sheets, and agendas for weekly hearings. Accurately create, add, and modify records in IBM Notes and Cajun systems. </li><li>Ensure records and documents are complete, organized, and properly maintained.
