For the most part, you'll\n</p> <p>\n</p> <ul> <li>Provide prompt and courteous service to all internal and external customer.\n </li><li>Ensure all facility systems and other equipment are performing at optimal levels by performing routine preventive maintenance.\n </li><li>Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include: repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.\n </li><li>Knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Examples may include: fixing leaking faucets, replacing light switch or outlet, unclogging drains/toilets.\n </li><li>Occasionally build furniture.
