<p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are currently working a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule (typically Monday-Friday), with a block of 6 consecutive days off every 3-week cycle. Maintenance employees may be required to work Saturdays.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to unscheduled maintenance issues in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC systems, including Rockwell and Siemens platforms. </li><li>Work with AC and DC drives, motors, and industrial instrumentation. </li><li>Maintain, repair, and support upgrades to the facility's electrical distribution and control systems. </li><li>Perform general mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and facility systems. </li><li>Follow all safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe working environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required: Associate Degree or Certificate in Electro/Mechanical Technology or Engineering Considered: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, willingness to continue education to obtain a certification/degree.</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, 2 free medical clinics for employee and their dependent family, onsite fitness center, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k).
