Since 1954, Woodgrain is proud to be family owned and operated.</p> <p>We are looking for an Outside Sales Rep for the Nashville or Knoxville Area</p> <p>What we bring to you:</p> <ul> <li>Annual salary and commissions, no cap to commission potential - estimated annual earnings $70k-$100k </li><li>Woodgrain pays 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance </li><li>401k matching </li><li>3 weeks PTO </li><li>Perks such as tuition reimbursement and large discounts off Woodgrain products </li></ul> <p>What our Outside Sales Rep does:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain key customer relationships in retail building materials </li><li>Meet and exceed sales goals for assigned territory </li><li>Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction </li><li>Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process to drive new business </li><li>Management of partnered accounts </li><li>Regular travel to customers in your territory; this territory is Little Rock and surrounding markets </li></ul> <p>What you need to have:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in business related field -OR- equivalent experience required </li><li>3-5 years in building materials/wood sales is preferred </li><li>Proven track record of developing and building customer/client relationships </li><li>Flexible to travel and overnight commute; 5-8 overnight travel days per month </li><li>Must hold a clear and valid driver's license </li><li>Proficiency with MS Office products </li></ul>
