<p>Come work at the best place to give and receive care!</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Intravenous Specialist assesses and evaluates the patient's health status as it relates to vascular access and IV therapy needs and develops plans of care based on the patient's needs. He/She identifies and utilizes age-specific teaching techniques for patients and various teaching modalities for clinical staff. The Intravenous Resource Specialist is competent in utilizing visualization technology for the placement of peripheral IVs as well as peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs).
