<p>The On-the-Job Trained Dental Assistant Certificate Program is a comprehensive, structured training initiative designed to prepare individuals for entry-level dental assisting roles. This program combines didactic instruction with hands-on clinical experience, allowing participants to develop the technical skills, knowledge, and competencies required in a clinical dental setting.</p> <p>Participants will complete a phased training program that includes classroom learning, supervised clinical practice, and competency-based patient care experience.</p> <p>Program Responsibilities:</p> <p>Participants are expected to:</p> <ul> <li>Attend all scheduled training sessions and clinical assignments </li><li>Actively engage in learning and skill development activities </li><li>Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and adherence to clinical protocols </li><li>Successfully complete all required competencies and evaluations </li><li>Comply with all organizational policies and patient care standards </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Commitment to full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) </li><li>Ability to meet physical and clinical demands of a dental setting </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Willingness to learn and perform in a fast-paced clinical environment </li><li>Ability to travel to multiple sites in surrounding towns if needed. </li></ul> <p>Certifications & Credentials:</p> <p>Upon successful completion, participants will receive:</p> <ul> <li>Radiology Certification (per applicable state regulations) </li><li>On-the-Job Trained Dental Assistant License (as applicable) </li><li>Certificate of Completion from the Dental Assistant Training Program </li></ul> <p>Important Employment Disclaimer:</p> <p>This program is intended as a training opportunity only.
