Maintains documentation of requirements for certified transplant centers. Collaborates with all team members to provide individualized, multidisciplinary patient care. Participates in quality improvement efforts in alignment with program, department and hospital strategic plan.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associates of Nursing (required).
