<p>About the Role:</p> <p>The ideal Restaurant Visionary will operate as a true business leader and take complete accountability of their restaurant's success. This is not just a management position; it is an opportunity to drive the restaurant's vision, financial performance, and overall guest experience with a strategic, proactive, and accountable approach with the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Financial Stewardship: Full accountability of the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and sales growth. </li><li>Operational Excellence: Overseeing all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring seamless processes, adherence to health and safety standards, and exceptional food and service quality. </li><li>Team Leadership & Development: Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring team members embody core values. </li><li>Guest Experience ownership: Championing an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences, proactively addressing feedback, building relationships with patrons, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations. </li><li>Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of the restaurant's long-term business plan, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with company goals. </li><li>Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Demonstrating an ownership mindset by proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges, and making informed decisions that benefit the business. </li><li>Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborating on marketing initiatives, building relationships within the local community, and driving initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty. </li><li>Compliance & Safety: Ensuring complete adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations. </li></ul> <p>Prerequisites:</p> <ul> <li>Proven Restaurant Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably QSR and preferably in the pizza/delivery industry with a track record of success in operational and financial management. </li><li>Leadership & Team-Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. </li><li>Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant finances, cost control, P&L management, and financial reporting. </li><li>Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships with customers. </li><li>Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Abilities: Ability to think critically, identify opportunities for improvement, and make sound decisions. </li><li>Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, guests, and leadership. </li><li>Ownership Mindset: A genuine passion for the restaurant's success, a willingness to take accountability, and a commitment to going above and beyond. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base pay commensurate with experience </li><li>Additional Performance Pay for operational excellence </li><li>Annual profit sharing of bottom line profit with a potential to earn $100k annually </li><li>Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance </li><li>2 weeks of initial Paid Time Off with the ability to increase to 4 weeks over time. </li><li>401k with employer match </li><li>Health Savings Account with employer match </li><li>Growth opportunities </li><li></li></ul>
