<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Radiology Technologist (WEPP) will provide diagnostic imaging for patients to assist the patient's physician in expediting needed care. Job duties include performing or assisting in procedures per department protocols; maintaining a clean and safe work environment; utilizing proper procedures for identifying images, patients, and marking images correctly for interpretation; and ordering exams that match the procedures being performed.</p> <p>Customer service is essential, and this position will address patient needs with age-specific criteria, from neonates to geriatrics. Call is required for this position, and the incumbent must meet the callback standards established for General Radiology. This position will also assist in a QA review to maintain professional standards for themselves and student technologists whom they are called upon to assist.</p> <p>The starting pay for this position was recently adjusted. The minimum hourly rate for this position will now be $29.95/hour. All pay rates will be based on the candidate's experience.</p> <p>Skills / Knowledge / Abilities</p> <p>This position requires excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, problem solving skills and good keyboarding skills. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.</p> <p>Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
