We're proud of our more than 80-year commitment to protecting the livelihoods and futures of our client/members and creating an atmosphere where our employees thrive.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and analyze financial workpapers, reports, learning how your observations support business decisions </li><li>Assist with data gathering and initial cost-benefit calculations, gaining exposure to project evaluation and cross-functional teamwork </li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, overhead work, and monthly variances to build core financial analysis skills </li><li>Learn to troubleshoot common issues and build technical skills in a leading financial planning system </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes as you grow your problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>What It Takes to Join Our Team:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 0-2 years of accounting experience including internships, part-time roles, or coursework projects </li><li>Foundational understanding of GAAP with a willingness to learn more </li><li>Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data automation) and aptitude for learning new technologies, including CoPilot </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Detail-oriented and well-organized </li><li>Collaborative, positive and eager to learn from the team </li></ul> <p>What We Offer You: When you're on our team, you get more than a great paycheck.
