<p>Overview</p> <p>$45,000 per year. plus $2,000 per year for qualified bilingual ability.</p> <p>Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth and families? As a Family Partner, you will provide one-on-one support to parents and caregivers, helping them navigate child-serving systems and improve the functioning of youth in the community. You'll collaborate with clinical teams, offer education, advocacy, and resource development, and empower families to achieve better outcomes.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support families with care planning, coaching, and advocacy. </li><li>Assist parents in navigating systems such as education, mental health, and juvenile justice. </li><li>Provide high-quality, client-centered care and maintain professional standards. </li><li>Ensure timely documentation and effective communication. </li><li>Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and attend required meetings and trainings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Lived experience as a guardian or caregiver of a youth with disabilities or mental health challenges is mandatory. </li><li>Experience in youth/family case work or wraparound care (preferred). </li><li>Knowledge of mental health, child welfare, or juvenile justice systems is a plus. </li><li>Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. </li></ul>
