<p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Production Manager oversees manufacturing operations at our Automotive Seating plant in Warren, Michigan. This role involves supervising production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to customer specifications.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Production Manager will lead and supervise salaried personnel, managing manufacturing operations within assigned areas. </li><li>Process raw materials through production and assembly operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules. </li><li>Control material flow, maintain accurate production records, and ensure continuous production efficiency. </li><li>Foster a safe and productive work environment by directing employees fairly and consistently, conducting regular area inspections, and upholding all safety standards. </li><li>The Production Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements and address production challenges effectively. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred). </li><li>In-depth knowledge of "Just-In-Time" (JIT) manufacturing principles (required). </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience, demonstrating a solid background in production processes and team leadership. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred). </li></ul> <p>Must be open to 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 2:15 pm - 10:15 pm plus any customer driven overtime required to support production.</p> <p>PRIMARY LOCATION</p> <p>Bridgewater Interiors II</p>
