JOB RESPONSIBILITIES What You'll Do</p> <p>As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting Weber customers across North America and beyond. You will: Troubleshoot, repair, and service Weber equipment on-site ? Install new solutions and ensure full functionality per speci?cations Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and operational issues ? Serve as the communication link between customers and Weber teams Document service work accurately in Salesforce within 24 hours ? Travel extensively to customer sites (including Germany as needed) Communicate job status and updates with service leadership Recommend future parts and service solutions to customers Ensure customers understand equipment operation and safety before departure Provide various customer training requirements as needed</p> <p>Every service call is an opportunity to strengthen relationships and reinforce Weber's reputation for excellence.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <p>Associate degree or technical school diploma in electrical, mechanical maintenance, or related ?eld 3+ years of ?eld service, packaging, or industrial maintenance experience, 5+ years preferred Equivalent education and experience considered ?Travel Requirements Extensive travel required based on customer needs Flexible schedule including nights or weekends when necessary Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
