We are a non-profit, service-oriented, organization that works directly with our residents on a daily basis!</p> <p>What would you do as a Senior Human Resource Generalist</p> <p>As a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Butterfield Trail Village, you will play a vital role in aligning our HR practices with legal requirements and organizational objectives. Collaborating closely with leadership and staff across all departments, you will manage benefit administration, policy compliance, performance management, employee relations, and recruiting efforts. Your expertise will be instrumental in hiring, training, and developing employees, ensuring that leaders and staff receive the guidance and support necessary to meet performance standards and organizational goals. This position demands strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering impactful HR solutions. In our fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will help foster a culture of excellence and safety, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional care.</p> <p>Does this sound like you?</p> <p>To thrive as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Butterfield Trail Village, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience, with a Master's Degree preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years of proven HR experience, including at least 5 years in a Generalist role, is essential. Certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) are highly regarded.</p> <p>Successful candidates will have demonstrated expertise in broad HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with measurable outcomes. Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills are crucial, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
