Collaborating closely with leadership and staff across all departments, you will manage benefit administration, policy compliance, performance management, employee relations, and recruiting efforts. Your expertise will be instrumental in hiring, training, and developing employees, ensuring that leaders and staff receive the guidance and support necessary to meet performance standards and organizational goals. A minimum of 5-8 years of proven HR experience, including at least 5 years in a Generalist role, is essential. Certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) are highly regarded.</p> <p>Successful candidates will have demonstrated expertise in broad HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with measurable outcomes. Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills are crucial, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
