In this role, you will support the transformation of how data moves through our sourcing organization by reducing manual work, improving visibility, and enabling data-driven decision making. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, support system improvements, and help build the foundation for a more connected and automated sourcing ecosystem.</p> <p>Position</p> <p>Associate Transformation Sourcing Analyst</p> <p>Location</p> <p>USA, Louisville, KY</p> <p>How You'll Create Possibilities</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Process Analysis and Workflow Support (25%)</p> <ul> <li>Partner with senior team members to document current sourcing processes, tools, and data flows. </li><li>Identify bottlenecks, manual steps, and opportunities for automation or simplification. </li><li>Assist in developing future-state workflow diagrams and recommendations to improve efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Data Architecture and Insights Development (25%)</p> <ul> <li>Help define how sourcing data should be structured, connected, and governed across systems. </li><li>Support efforts to build a centralized single source of truth using data lake principles. </li><li>Assist with documenting data lineage, business rules, and master data requirements. </li><li>Work with analysts and DT partners to validate data accuracy and quality. </li></ul> <p>Requirements Gathering and Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)</p> <ul> <li>Work with buyers, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand challenges and translate them into clear requirements. </li><li>Contribute to the development of user stories, process requirements, and design specifications. </li><li>Support roadmap planning for analytics tools, reporting solutions, and sourcing systems. </li></ul> <p>Change Management and Training Support (20%)</p> <ul> <li>Assist in developing training materials, job aids, and walkthroughs for new tools and digital platforms. </li><li>Help gather user feedback, track adoption metrics, and identify enhancement opportunities. </li><li>Contribute to communication plans that support data-driven sourcing practices. </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement and Innovation (10%)</p> <ul> <li>Stay informed on emerging trends in digital sourcing, automation, AI, and analytics. </li><li>Support pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives to test new technologies and process improvements. </li><li>Help analyze results and prepare recommendations for scaling or iteration. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring to Our Team</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Proven ability to map and redesign complex business processes involving multiple systems. </li><li>Experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau. </li><li>Experience defining data models, master data, and business rules. </li><li>Working knowledge of ERP, procurement, CLM, and BI tools; exposure to cloud data platforms. </li><li>Ability to travel as needed (<10%). </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Certifications in business process (Lean, Six Sigma) or Agile. </li><li>Experience with Oracle EBS. </li></ul> <p>Our Culture</p> <p>Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
