Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various Concessions bars, stands and portable food & beverage locations. The Concessions Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The Concessions Supervisor will assist the Concessions Managers and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory and special events. The Concessions Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.</p> <p>This role will pay an hourly rate of $24.00-$27.00</p> <p>Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)</p> <p>This position will remain open until October 3, 2025.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Set-up of all concessions locations prior to the start of event, which includes verifying opening inventory, assigning duties to concession workers (employee/volunteer), ensuring sanitation standards are met, checking food and beverage production meets projected event needs. </li><li>Requisitions and stocks all food and beverage products and supplies needed for assigned locations. </li><li>Train new & current employees on standard operation procedures in the concessions area. </li><li>Provide back-up to any open position to ensure the concession location is fully operational. </li><li>Ensure that company standards pertaining to speed of service and guest satisfaction are met. </li><li>Ensure the work environment is safe and free from harassment or discrimination; immediately address all safety concerns, potential hazards, accidents or incidents. </li><li>Relays safety/health issues to management immediately. </li><li>Provide on-going constructive feedback to concessions staff and volunteers. </li><li>Adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. </li><li>Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, escalating to management or security when needed. </li><li>Responsible for assisting guests with their concessions via our Point of Sales system. </li><li>Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment items, and perform all closing duties at the end of shift. </li><li>Enforces all company policies and procedures. </li><li>Assists Management team with projects including training, inventory and special events. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>At least 2-3 years' experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environment. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to speak, read and write in English. </li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. </li><li>Must possess or be willing to obtain valid food and alcohol handling certificate. </li><li>Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS system is required. </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required. </li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, push, reach, and lift upwards of 50lbs of materials during stocking. </li></ul> <p>Strengthened by our Differences.
