<p>Coordinator, Co-Manufacturing</p> <p>As Torani continues to scale toward our $1 Billion vision, our co-manufacturing network plays an increasingly significant role in supporting growth, flexibility, and service. The Co-Manufacturing Coordinator is a key contributor within the Commercialization & Co-Manufacturing team, providing the operational backbone that keeps day-to-day execution running smoothly across our external manufacturing partners.</p> <p>In this role, you'll own tactical coordination and data-driven work that enables effective co-manufacturing operations. You'll monitor end-to-end purchase order tracking, support pricing and financial coordination, and surface risks early, and help resolve issues through clear communication and strong cross-functional partnership. By bringing structure, accuracy, and follow-through to complex workflows, you'll free up senior team members to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring our co-manufacturing partners and internal teams stay aligned.</p> <p>At Torani, a Certified B Corporation, we flavor more than just drinks-we flavor lives. From confirming production runs to ensuring transportation coordination and monthly close-out, you brought discipline and consistency to PO management. Your diligence ensured that produced items were accurately reflected in systems, reducing surprises and supporting clean financial close. </li><li>Planning, Execution & Network Alignment: You played a key role in translating plans into executable outcomes across the co-manufacturing network. You reviewed and analyzed 90-day plans to assess production readiness, identify risks, and recommend schedule adjustments. You monitored weekly production performance and daily attainment, proactively surfacing gaps to plan and partnering cross-functionally on corrective actions. By collaborating closely with Planning and Transportation, you supported accurate monthly deployment and reliable product movement through the network, ensuring plans translated effectively into execution. </li><li>Data-Driven Issue Resolution: You brought clarity to complex situations by surfacing discrepancies early and working collaboratively to resolve them. Partnering closely with co-manufacturers and Finance, you helped identify PO mismatches, pricing inconsistencies, and timing gaps, using data to support fact-based conversations and timely resolution. Your clear communication of schedule changes, risks, and execution updates ensured alignment across partners and stakeholders, while your calm, solutions-oriented approach helped resolve issues efficiently without disruption. </li><li>Risk Awareness & Financial Partnership: You proactively tracked upcoming write-off risks tied to product changes, timing shifts, or supply adjustments. By clearly communicating expected impacts to Finance, including estimated values, timing, and business context, you enabled informed decisions and secured appropriate PO issuance ahead of risk. Your work helped the business manage exposure thoughtfully rather than reactively. </li><li>Pricing & Commercial Discipline: You maintained and updated the quarterly pricing repository for co-manufacturing partners, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with agreements. By keeping pricing information current and well-organized, you supported smoother purchasing decisions, clearer partner conversations, and stronger financial controls across the co-manufacturing network. </li><li>Collaborative Connector: You built strong working relationships across Co-Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and external partners. By understanding what mattered to each group and communicating clearly, you helped information move efficiently and decisions happen faster. Your process-oriented mindset and openness to learning made you a trusted partner others relied on to keep things on track. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience supporting contract manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or operations coordination </li><li>Strong comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and operational tracking tools </li><li>Experience managing purchase orders, pricing data, or financial coordination preferred </li><li>A process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $29.72 - $33.01/ hour</p>
