If you have 4-5 years of experience in quality engineering, including customer corrective actions, root cause analysis, and experience with QMS systems, and data analysis, we want to hear from you. This role will offer you the opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in industries as critical and exciting as Aerospace, Medical, and Automotive.</p> <p>What Impact Would You Have?</p> <ul> <li>You will have the opportunity to shape quality control processes, reduce defects, and continuously improve manufacturing efficiency through data-driven insights and analysis. </li><li>Your work will directly affect customer satisfaction by driving corrective actions and resolving non-conformance issues quickly and effectively. </li><li>You'll play a critical role in maintaining our ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certifications while ensuring the consistent quality of products delivered to customers. </li></ul> <p>How Would You Accomplish This?</p> <ul> <li>Adhering to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment. </li><li>Analyzing data and using statistical tools to identify trends and generate actionable insights to improve quality and efficiency. </li><li>Lead and coordinate corrective and preventive actions in response to customer complaints and non-conformances. You will manage the investigation and resolution process from start to finish, ensuring the issue is resolved in a timely manner. </li><li>Use your expertise in root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues, ensuring that problems are resolved at the source. You will apply 8D methodology to structure problem-solving processes and develop effective solutions that prevent recurrence. </li><li>Oversee the non-conformance process, including identifying, documenting, and tracking quality issues. Work closely with production teams to address any deviations from product specifications. </li><li>Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards. You will lead internal audits and ensure the manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements. You will leverage Lean and Six Sigma principles where applicable to reduce waste, improve quality, and streamline production processes. </li><li>Provide guidance and training to production teams on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices. Act as a quality ambassador within the organization to promote a culture of continuous improvement. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
