<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Facilities in Jenkintown, PA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, including long-range financial planning and risk management </li><li>Oversee the preparation, management, and monitoring of the college's annual budget and multi-year capital plan </li><li>Ensure sound financial practices, regulatory compliance, and fiscal transparency across all departments </li><li>Manage all accounting, treasury, payroll, purchasing, and audit functions </li><li>Provide strategic leadership and oversight of campus facilities, including maintenance, space planning, renovations, and sustainability initiatives </li><li>Collaborate with the President and Executive Leadership Team to inform strategic planning with financial and operational insights </li><li>Supervise departments such as Finance, Facilities, Procurement, and Auxiliary Services </li><li>Serve as primary liaison with auditors, banks, investment advisors, and external partners on financial and facility matters </li><li>Ensure systems and controls are in place for asset protection and operational efficiency </li><li>Direct supervision of the following departments which includes: Business Office, Director of Financial Aid, Director of IT, Facilities Plant, Cafeteria Services, Mail Service, and Insurance Services* Master's degree in Finance or Accounting </li><li>CPA Certification required </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of senior level management experience managing diverse financial functions </li></ul>
