Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, overseeing workflow and ensuring accurate, timely completion while fostering a positive, growth-focused work environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as liaison between IT and third-party vendors to ensure technology solutions support International team needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive International Trade Compliance's technology modernization efforts and participate in key enterprise projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements, automation and system enhancements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience or similar.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous leadership experience. People management a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced SQL skills.
