The analyst will develop reports and financial models for existing markets and assets that analyze business performance, support long-range planning, and model future performance and business valuations. Additionally, the analyst will support other finance and accounting functions and groups as the needs of the business may require.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Present results of analysis and research on a variety of business operations topics </li><li>Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts </li><li>Prepare reports and analysis for senior management, board of directors, and general managers showing actual versus forecasted performance </li><li>Gain understanding of existing asset models, including asset performance, asset returns, valuations, trends, and assumptions </li><li>Execute daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and Accounts Payable, to execute weekly check runs </li><li>Support other financial, accounting, and operations needs as needed </li></ul>
