Ensuring they are equipped with all necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Essential Functions of Position:</p> <ul> <li>Identifying training Needs </li><li>Design training Programs </li><li>Deliver training needs </li><li>Evaluate training effectiveness </li><li>Collaboration with stakeholders </li><li>Manage training logistics </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business or related field </li><li>Lean Manufacturing background </li><li>Prior experience in training, logistics, program implementation </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities </li><li>Must be willing to travel locally and overnight up to 25% of the time </li><li>Instructional skills, interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to handle a fast past environment </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per day </li><li>The ability to work on a computer for up to 8 hours a day </li><li>Being mindful of safety and use proper PPE when required </li></ul>
