The Senior Director will lead the development and execution of clear, concise, and actionable brand strategic and tactical plans to optimize the success of Sarepta's DMD portfolio. The Senior Director will be responsible for managing the media strategy and execution, including development of branded social media channels. The Senior Director will be responsible for collaborating with multiple cross functional groups, including but not limited to Patient Affairs, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial Operations, Legal, Compliance and commercial leadership.</p> <p>The Opportunity to Make a Difference</p> <ul> <li>Lead the evolution and execution of the Patient marketing strategy for our DMD portfolio </li><li>Lead the evolution of branded promotional materials for patients including development, creation and implementation of these materials with our field teams </li><li>Lead the strategy and execution of branded social and paid media advertising for our DMD portfolio </li><li>Enhance current patient initiatives such as patient ambassador program, patient story-telling, etc., to help activate the DMD patient. </li><li>Collaborate with Opinion Leader Programming and Sales to integrate KOL insights into brand strategics and initiatives. </li><li>Understand market and disease dynamics to inform strategic recommendations. </li><li>Identify market research needs, align on market research plans and translate findings into portfolio strategies and forecasting assumptions </li><li>Work and Mmanage all partnerships with vendors/agencies successfully and effectively </li><li>Manage direct reports and support their development and learning </li><li>Represent marketing function as the PRC reviewer for all promotional material </li></ul> <p>More about You</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or science or related field required </li><li>Minimum of 10-15 years of pharmaceutical / biotech experience with a minimum of 5+ years in U.S. pharmaceutical marketing (pre-launch or in-line) or relevant experience </li><li>Experience in brand marketing/product management is required; product launch experience in rare disease preferred </li><li>Experience leading marketing team/direct reports </li><li>Strong, team-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, lead, negotiate and work effectively at all levels across the organization </li><li>Experience in successfully representing the commercial perspective during the regulatory/legal review of launch promotional materials </li><li>Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical, communication and project management skills to effectively translate ideas and insights into actionable plans </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities </li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across multiple functions </li><li>Enthusiasm, confidence, ability to work on multiple tasks, problem solving ability, comfort in an ambiguous environment, and ability to prioritize effectively to meet organizational objectives </li></ul> <p>What Now?</p> <p>We're always looking for solution-oriented, critical thinkers.</p> <p>So, if you're comfortable with ambiguity and candor, relish challenging yourself, and place kindness and integrity at the forefront of how you approach your peers and work, then we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>#LI-CM1</p> <p>This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.</p> <p>The targeted salary range for this position is $180,000 - $225,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges.
