A career with Village Green is a vital investment in your future.</p> <p>Our 100-year history makes us one of the oldest and most experienced management companies, and we have room to grow within the rising apartment industry.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Salary: up to $65,000 plus quarterly bonuses up to 20% and excellent benefits</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives </li><li>Supervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative and Maintenance functions. </li><li>Responsible for all Resident/Landlord Relations </li><li>Responsible for accounting and collections </li><li>Supervise day to day office and maintenance operations to include project management </li><li>Responsible, under the supervision of the Area Director, for property specific and company reporting requirements as provided to the Corporate Office or clients on or before due date </li><li>Follow all organization's policies, practices, and procedures </li><li>Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals </li><li>Perform special projects and other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing Apartment Communities is a must </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Social Media savvy with creative marketing abilities </li><li>Motivational leader </li><li>Strong financial and analytical skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays </li><li>A bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience will be considered. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management including supervisory solid skills </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners, and vendors </li></ul> <p>#INDVGPM</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
