About Medway High School Medway High School is a high-performing, student-centered learning community serving approximately 575 students in grades 9-12. The Principal shall be the educational administrator and manager of his/her school and shall supervise the operation and management of his/her school and school property, subject to the supervision and direction of the Superintendent. In accordance with district personnel policies, applicable statutes and budgetary parameters, and subject to the approval of the Superintendent, the Principal shall be responsible for the employment decisions regarding all teachers, instructional or administrative aides, and other personnel assigned to the school. Through the application of administrative leadership, management and supervisory skills, he/she shall organize and provide a learning environment conducive to the maximum educational growth of each student.
