<p>Research Program Coordinator - West Virginia University, Morgantown WV. Check out retirement health insurance benefits, retirement income, and FAQ's.</p> </li><li> <p>Wellness programs</p> </li><li></li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Will develop and disseminate data reports on official university and wider higher education statistics for internal and external audiences in connection with program review, annual reporting, and other institutional processes. Will identify data quality issues and work with the appropriate staff to resolve issues and processes. Will implement data validation procedures to best support decision-making on campus. Will develop resources to educate administrators, faculty, and staff on available decision-making data, tools, and platforms. Will develop research reports and analyses in response to ad hoc requests.</p> <p>Education: Master's degree in Political Science or Sociology and one year of experience working in a higher education setting.</p> <p>Skills/Requirements: One year experience in the following: (1) SAS, SPSS, or R, (2) utilizing research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative analysis; (3) reading and interpreting federal, state, and institutional policies; (4) demonstrating communication skills through preparing and explaining executive summaries and data results to a general audience; (5) creating an analysis of data to provide an overview of trends and forecasting opportunities that will guide decision-making; and (6) performing data visualization.</p> <p>Apply at: http://careers.wvu.edu</p>
