<p>Description</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at High Grove Apartments, a welcoming 61-unit senior living community in Greenfield. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, takes pride in maintaining a well-managed property, and values building positive relationships with residents. The position offers a consistent part-time schedule and the opportunity to support a community that promotes comfort, stability, and quality of life for older adults.</p> <p>Position Details:</p> <ul> <li>Location: High Grove Apartments </li><li>Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24-28 hours per week. Hours are needed Monday through Friday, primarily during first-shift hours.
