<p>Maintains sanitation of Jack Binion Steakhouse, EDR and Main Kitchen areas and equipment by: washing dishes, pots, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all bar areas; including floors, walls, drains and equipment. Cleans Starbucks's area.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Sets up work area at the beginning of the shift. </li><li>Maintains par levels of dinnerware, glassware, silverware, condiments, and all other items. </li><li>Breaks down all trays of dirty dishes brought from the dining room. </li><li>Removes all bagged dirty linen and replaces the linen. </li><li>Carries dirty dishes from the breakdown area to the dishwashing area. </li><li>Cleans all bar areas, including bar tops, equipment, floors, and floor drains. </li><li>Cleans Starbuck's area, including counters, floors, walls and drains. </li><li>Works well with all other restaurant employees to promote a teamwork oriented atmosphere. </li><li>Displays an energetic attitude while working with guests and employees. </li><li>Maintains appearance and organization of the back line, ensuring that the service coolers are cleaned and supplied. </li><li>Maintains standards set by management in scraping, racking, stacking, and washing of china, glassware, and silver. </li><li>Uses proper procedures when signing in/out or clocking in/out for his/her shift and allowed breaks. </li><li>Is responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary </li><li>Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator. </li><li>Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage, and steam cleans or hoses garbage containers. </li><li>Supports and maintains Horseshoe guidelines </li><li>Promotes outstanding guest relations. </li><li>Responds to and consistently meets the needs of internal clients. </li><li>Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
