<p>POSITION SUMMARY: The Well Being Administrator will work within the Workforce Wellbeing department and report to the Program Director and/or Manager in the Workforce Wellbeing Department. They will work closely with jobsite field and safety teams to implement all aspects of Hoffman's Workers Compensation Program, including day-to-day activities of the interactive process for job accommodation for both injured workers and other staff. This position will be at project site.</p> <p>SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $80,000</p> <p>PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain all aspects of Hoffman's Workers Compensation Program, including regulatory compliance and daily claims oversight. (Training provided) </li><li>Submit claim paperwork to the appropriate carrier and team. </li><li>Help resolve workers compensation claims with solutions that are consistent with Hoffman's values. </li><li>Participate in necessary trainings and workshops that pertain to workers compensation. </li><li>Help with scheduling trainings for project teams for best practices, pre- and post-injury. </li><li>Help track and report OSHA 300 information within the department (training provided if needed) </li><li>Assist employees in navigating their claim, as needed. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</p> <p>EDUCATION</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required. </li><li>A minimum of three (3) years' administrative support experience required. </li><li>Must have good communication skills and work well with others at all times. </li></ul> <p>POSITION RELATED SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Teams), and have a general understanding of working within a computer network. </li><li>Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress. </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships. </li><li>Ability to work closely with variety of trade and craft people in a field work situation. Patience and professionalism are essential. </li><li>Highly developed visual observation and interpretation skills. </li><li>Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership. </li><li>Ability to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude through high-pressure situations. </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is combination of sitting/walking and standing. </li><li>Hands/Arms - Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use. </li><li>Sight - Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range vision. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination. </li><li>Hearing: sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment. </li><li>Speech sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio. </li><li>Lifting/Carrying - minimal. </li><li>Bending/Twisting - minimal. </li><li>Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling - rarely. </li><li>Constant mental alertness, accuracy, and attention to detail required. </li><li>Must be able to work independently, make decisions, and follow through on all assignments. </li><li>Must use creativity, independent judgment, and organizational and problem-solving skills to determine best method to accomplish desired results. </li><li>Must be able to plan and organize work </li><li>Must possess strong organizational and computer use skills and have a high level of competency to read/write/speak English, interpret construction related documentation and communicate with coworkers. </li></ul>
