At Holder, our most valuable resources are our people, who carry forth our core values, brand, and reputation for performance.</p> <p>BUILD YOUR CAREER</p> <p>MEP Coordinator</p> <p>Holder Construction, an Atlanta-based commercial construction company with operations throughout the United States, is seeking a highly motivated MEP Coordinator to join our Columbus, OH team.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Controls/power monitoring coordination including RFIs, submittals, graphics, testing, and checkout. </li><li>CX lead, including CX schedule ownership, issue tracking and closure, CX checklist readiness reviews, and overall CX communication with client, engineer, and CX provider. </li><li>Responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction needs of Aviation facilities (e.g., Airports) and other related construction projects. </li><li>This position will supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project. </li><li>Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out. </li></ul> <p>Requirements for this position include:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years. commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems. </li><li>Position requires extensive experience managing the construction of aviation projects and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects. </li><li>Candidate must have experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control. </li><li>Strong experience managing professional relationships with owner's representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising trade partners and vendors is a priority. </li></ul> <p>#LI-CS1</p>
