This position is responsible for executing business plan objectives that involve organization change management, improving customer service experience and enhancing associate engagement. More specifically, the position adds value to the organization by partnering with key stakeholders to execute and identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation while completing project objectives.</p> <p>Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Support all teams under Institutional Markets Ops including RLRP, DBA and CEC. </li><li>Meet project timeline deliverables </li><li>Create and execute test plans for User Acceptance Testing </li><li>Execute deliverables for OneAmerica Way for Operations </li><li>Coordinate and facilitate organizational change management for Institutional Markets including communication, training, and documentation </li><li>Represent IM in prioritization meetings with internal business partners </li><li>Lead process enhancement meetings </li><li>Collect, manage, and implement ideas for process improvement </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>College Degree (AA/BA/BS) - Business, Communications, Education, or related field preferred</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma required, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.</p> </li><li> <p>Yellow Belt / Yellow Belt 2</p> </li><li> <p>2-5 year's experience working within operations, pension administration or process improvement</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-SC1</p> <p>Salary Band: 5A</p> <p>This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
