Must be able to communicate at all levels of organization </li><li>Strong understanding of process interaction </li><li>Strong problem solving skills </li><li>Understanding of general manufacturing </li><li>Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day </li><li>Must be able to periodically lift up to 45 pounds </li><li>Must align with the Snap-on Mission Statement </li></ul> <p>Snap-on is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Disabled/Female/Veteran.</p>
