<p>Build Your Career with Ashley</p> <p>Electromechanical Technician</p> <p>What Will You Do?</p> <p>Electromechanical Technicians maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors and automated machinery while working with maintenance and engineers to install and evaluate electromechanical systems to support the manufacturing process.</p> <p>You should be proficient in:</p> <ul> <li>PLC Troubleshooting Skills </li><li>Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans </li><li>Electrical Troubleshooting Skills </li><li>Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills </li><li>Hydraulics Experience </li><li>Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment </li><li>PLC Wiring Experience </li><li>Experience in a Manufacturing Environment </li><li>HVAC </li><li>OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) </li></ul> <p>Essential Mechanical Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial production equipment including pneumatic systems, gearboxes, conveyors, and automated assembly systems </li><li>Execute mechanical alignments and calibrations on drive shafts, motors, pumps, and bearing assemblies </li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot lubrication systems, mechanical seals, belt drives, and fluid power systems </li><li>Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation </li><li>Use precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and alignment equipment </li><li>Install and modify mechanical components according to specifications </li><li>Respond to emergency repair calls and perform corrective maintenance </li><li>Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate repair records </li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environment </li><li>Collaborating with team members to improve equipment reliability and efficiency </li></ul> <p>Machines & technologies you'll use:</p> <ul> <li>Servo Motors </li><li>Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) </li><li>Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Siemens) </li><li>Conveyor Systems </li></ul> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>At Ashley, we're more than a business…we're family.
