Promotes positive interactions. </li></ul> <p>Maintains approachability, strong conm1unication, and interpersonal skills with staff and prompt resolution of issues.</p> <ul> <li>Consults with Wellness Director daily about resident status, occupancy, staffing, and other relevant issues. </li><li>Communicates directly with residents, families, medical staff, nursing staff, interdisciplinary team members, and </li></ul> <p>Department Heads to coordinate care and services, improve organization and implementation of service plans to maintain</p> <p>quality of care, quality of life, and a homelike environment for all residents.</p> <ul> <li>Listens and documents significant changes in condition of residents; including, but not limited to, incidents, unexplained </li></ul> <p>injuries, medication errors, loss of resident property, or evidence of resident or family dissatisfaction per agency policies</p> <p>and state regulations</p> <ul> <li>Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or GED preferred. </li><li>CNA preferred. </li><li>Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar. </li></ul>
