<p>Competitive Pay & Generous benefit package and paid time off!</p> <p>Under close supervision, works as part of a multidisciplinary team with a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model. RMA is responsible for helping consumers by performing in all clinic areas including, but not limited to, vitals, urine drug screens, tele-psychiatry, nurse line, refills, and administration of medications. Will participate in Suboxone inductions and Spravato. Demonstrates knowledge of co-occurring disorders and appropriate interventions.</p> <p>POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>VITALS:</p> <ul> <li>Daily schedule review to identify in-clinic providers. </li><li>Monitor chat rooms for walk-in clients needing vitals. </li><li>Perform and document vitals, with abnormal results communicated to providers. </li></ul> <p>URINE DRUG SCREENS (UDS):</p> <ul> <li>Daily schedule review for UDS appointments. </li><li>Monitor chat rooms for clients needing UDS. </li><li>Document UDS results as per protocol. </li></ul> <p>TELE-PSYCHIATRY:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct and document vitals. </li><li>Log clients into tele-psychiatry sessions and assist with documentation. </li><li>Sanitize office areas between clients. </li></ul> <p>LAB DRAWS:</p> <ul> <li>Verify and process lab orders. </li><li>Perform lab draws using aseptic technique. </li><li>Document lab draws in client charts. </li></ul> <p>LONG-ACTING INJECTION (LAI):</p> <ul> <li>Conduct vitals and verify injection details. </li><li>Administer injections and communicate with providers. </li><li>Schedule subsequent injections and document actions. </li></ul> <p>SUBOXONE/SPRAVATO ADMINISTRATION:</p> <ul> <li>Administer Clinic Opiate Withdrawal Scale (COWS) for suboxone induction. </li><li>Conduct and document vitals. </li><li>Monitor medication effects and communicate with providers. </li></ul> <p>NURSE LINE:</p> <ul> <li>Assess live calls/messages for medication needs. </li><li>Respond to messages by 3:00 pm the same day; calls after 3:00 pm will be returned by noon the next day. </li><li>Document all interactions in client charts. </li></ul> <p>MEDICATION REFILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Review prescription program for refill requests. </li><li>Process refills per protocol and notify clients. </li><li>Document all refill requests. </li></ul> <p>PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FOR MEDICATION (PA):</p> <ul> <li>Review and complete prior authorization forms. </li><li>Notify clients of approval/denial and document actions. </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL CLINIC DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Complete daily charting and maintain team communication. </li><li>Store mobile devices during work hours. </li><li>Ensure cleanliness, stock supplies, and assist with medication education. </li><li>Attend training events and assist with post-meal cleanup. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <ul> <li>Must be a high school graduate or have HS equivalent </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>No experience required. </li><li>Previous experience working with clients with mental illness and or substance abuse is preferred. </li><li>Requires knowledge of professional nursing practice care techniques and medical procedures, medical supplies, sanitation, and personal hygiene, and of nutrition. </li><li>Skills in planning, organizing, and applying nursing care techniques working with clients with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. </li></ul> <p>PERFORMANCE COMPETENCIES:</p> <ul> <li>Adherence to Standards and Protocols </li><li>Clinical Competence and Best Practices </li><li>Client-Centered Care and Communication </li><li>Attention to Detail and Efficiency </li><li>Essential Behaviors </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to administer Clinic Opiate Withdrawal Scale (COWS) is required. </li><li>Ability to work with the public. </li><li>Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees. </li><li>Ability to maintain a professional manner at all times and ability to maintain confidentiality. </li><li>Must possess a driver's license and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. </li><li>Ability to document activities, write reports, business correspondence and procedure manual. </li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues, clients, customers, and the general public. </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate and interact with colleagues, clients, client's families, public and third-party payer personnel. </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:</p> <ul> <li>Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. Proof of automobile insurance required. </li></ul> <p>OTHER INFORMATION</p> <p>SAFETY SENSITIVE JOB CLASSIFICATION:</p> <p>This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the "safety-sensitive" classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana per the Family & Children's Services Drug Free Workplace Policy, including possible revocation of a job offer or dismissal from employment.</p>
