<p>The Gashouse\Line Lead (aka Operator Technician) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machines that are used for the manufacture of finished goods.</p> <p>The Operator Technician is responsible for change overs, certain Operator Equipment Care tasks, and basic equipment troubleshooting. An Operator Technician should generally be able to keep their station running without Maintenance assistance. The machines operate at rates ranging from 100 units per minute to 250+ units per minute. The work environment is very fast paced and requires a high degree of attentiveness and the ability to react quickly to workplace variables. In addition to operating machines, operators will have duties and responsibilities as outlined below.</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm</p> <p>Shift Premium: $1.00/hr</p> <p>This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.</p> <p>Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
