<p>Henry Ford Eastwood Behavioral Health</p> <p>Rochester Hills Location</p> <p>Behavioral Health Supervisor</p> <p>Supervises the Eastwood Behavioral Health Center in Rochester Hills, MI.</p> <p>This is full time onsite position. The schedule is weekdays with no weekends or major holidays</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels. </li><li>Trains, coaches, and evaluates assigned staff on performance expectations. Applies progressive discipline when appropriate. Participates in hiring and termination procedures </li><li>Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes. </li><li>Participates in direct delivery of care depending on patient census. Completes patient evaluations and treatments as needed. </li><li>Directs Oversees, coordinates, and controls the admission, customer service representatives, and case management departments in accordance with the established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; regulatory agencies; and third-party payers. </li><li>Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor ( </li></ul> <p>CAADC) required.</p> <ul> <li>Leadership experience required. </li><li>3+ years of experience as a behavioral health counselor managing a full caseload </li><li>One or more of the following required: </li><li>Licensed Master Social Worker credentialed from the Michigan Board of Social Work. </li><li>Licensed Counselor credentialed from the Michigan Board of Counseling. </li><li>Licensed Psychologist credentialed from the Michigan Board of Psychology. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>Organization: Henry Ford Health Eastwood Behavioral Health </li><li>Department: Eastwood Rochester </li><li>Shift: Day Job </li><li>Union Code: Not Applicable </li></ul>
