They should also exhibit the ability to go the extra mile and make personal connections with every guest.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Everything behind the swinging door during the shift </li><li>Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality requirements </li><li>Coaching the behaviors of all Leaders and Team Members who work in the Kitchen </li><li>Have a hustle that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service </li><li>Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed </li><li>Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment </li><li>Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety </li><li>Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen </li><li>Ensuring the kitchen is ready for a Backstage Tour with a four-minute lead time </li><li>Daily assign kitchen crew to positions and ensure all pickup/delivery orders are made in a timely manner </li><li>Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Kitchen Team Members </li><li>Aligning daily practices of the Kitchen with the Vision of the organization and with the Goals of the organization </li><li>Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment used in the Kitchen </li><li>Either repair "in-house" or call appropriate repair person for broken equipment within 24 hours of notification of problem </li><li>Track and eliminate waste of food </li><li>Responsible for team building, and coaching members of the Kitchen Team </li><li>Responsible for all checklists, truck orders, and produce orders </li></ul> <p>A Manager should:</p> <ul> <li>Work a minimum of forty-five hours per week in the restaurant (5 days) including Friday and Saturday </li><li>Allocate at least two hours per week to planning </li><li>Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all related goals and success factors to Kitchen Team Members </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school degree is required. BA/BS in Food Service or Culinary Management is preferred </li><li>2+ years of recent restaurant management experience </li><li>Open availability </li><li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational practices </li><li>Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, motivation, trustworthiness, dependability, empathy and professionalism </li><li>A passion for people and service </li><li>Able to lead, coach and delegate a team of individuals in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Able to make quick decisions with the restaurant's best interest in mind </li><li>Ability to develop others and an eagerness to learn and improve yourself </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members </li><li>Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility </li><li>Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Sundays off! </li><li>Paid Vacation </li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Gym Membership </li><li>Free Food </li><li>Bonuses </li><li>Access to a large variety of discounts through Chick-fil-A partnerships </li></ul> <p>Why do our Leaders LOVE working for Chick-fil-A?</p> <ul> <li>Flexible Hours - We understand that you may a life outside of work.
