<p>Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Raleigh, NC. You will build and automate pipelines for data ingestion and transformation and implement secure, scalable data lake architectures.</p> <p>Rate Range: $49/hour to $51/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Developer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workloads.</p> </li><li> <p>Automating infrastructure provisioning and environment management using Terraform (IaC) across AWS accounts and environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Enabling secure, scalable AWS data lake architectures leveraging S3, Glue, Lambda, RDS, and Snowflake integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for data pipelines to ensure reliability, performance, and data quality SLAs.</p> </li><li> <p>Applying security best practices (IAM roles/policies, secrets management) and cost/performance optimization for data platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, Platform/Infra, and Security teams to define standards, troubleshoot issues, and improve delivery velocity.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>8-10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps with a strong focus on data engineering environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven expertise in building CI/CD pipelines and automating cloud infrastructure using Terraform.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong experience working with AWS data platforms such as S3, Glue, Lambda, RDS, and Snowflake.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
