Supports DC operations front line leadership to ensure knowledge and understanding</p> <p>of proper and consistent standards application processes.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Review of current standards in operating DC's or accuracy </li><li>Working with DC teams and Process partners to identify areas for improvement </li><li>Accurately adjusting standards to reflect process changes and improvements </li><li>Educating Supervisors and Managers on standards function and application and how to effectively maintain daily audits </li></ul> <p>and corrections</p> <ul> <li>Engaging Direct Associates for feedback on current functions and opportunity areas </li><li>Educating Supervisors and Managers on proper Methods Audit processes and documentation </li><li>Identifying system and interface opportunities to insure timely and accurate calculation and feedback </li><li>Performs other relevant job duties as required </li></ul> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Education/ Experience/ combination of education training and experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of HS Diploma and experience </li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in MOST and MSD multi-functional standards development, implementation, and </li></ul> <p>maintenance.</p> <p>Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience and ability to work within multiple warehouse management systems and effectively identify and </li></ul> <p>eliminate system-oriented obstacles to ensuring a result of fair, reasonable, and accurate multi-functional standards.</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience and ability to work across multiple operational areas to support effective engagement, and alignment </li></ul> <p>to support learning and understanding of the needs of the operation and goals of the organization.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and engagement skills. </li><li>Support an environment of learning and teaching in the operation. </li><li>Must have exceptional computer skills within stated area of engineering expertise and must be proficient in use of </li></ul> <p>Microsoft Office applications.</p> <ul> <li>Responsive and attentive customer service skills to effectively support operations. </li><li>Ability to work with Operations leaders and Process Training and Support team to effectively engineer standards based </li></ul> <p>on best processes and practices.</p> <ul> <li>Travel to DC's required 40+ weeks per year minimum of 3 days per week. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/ DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or </li></ul> <p>feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.</p> <ul> <li>Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment in the course of normal workday </li><li>Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties </li><li>Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled environment. </li><li>May be exposed to temperatures ranging from 20 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in DC environment </li></ul> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of the work performed by the employees assigned to this job.</p> <p>All employees must comply with Company policy and applicable laws.
