This position is on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI or Waukegan, IL based on need, and we are looking for people who share our passion.</p> <p>Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide support and troubleshooting for desktop, laptop and data center hardware / software issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Create incident tickets to document issues and route tickets to appropriate support group.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle major IT incident management to quickly resolve issues that impact the business.</p> </li><li> <p>Support IT operations including system saves and restores, AS400 IPLs, server reboots, off-site tape storage and report generation and distribution.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct user account set-up, security maintenance and systems monitoring.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.
