<p>Corcoran New Development is redefining the skyline. After a banner year in 2025 introducing some of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens' most high-profile projects, we're expanding even further in 2026. Our division is poised to reach another milestone by adding a premier building to our growing portfolio.</p> <p>We're excited to announce a new leasing project in Downtown Brooklyn and in search of a Leasing Associate. Downtown Brooklyn has evolved from a traditional business district into a dynamic, mixed-use hub. Today, it blends sleek skyscrapers with historic architecture, creating a striking skyline that includes landmarks like Brooklyn Borough Hall and modern towers such as The Brooklyn Tower and Brooklyn Point. The streets feel energetic yet approachable, with a mix of professionals, students, and creatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to make an impact. Candidates must be willing to work weekends.</p> <p>Core duties include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to incoming inquiries daily and schedule property tours for interested prospects </li><li>Provide overviews for all general inquiries that come into the leasing office </li><li>Conduct property and residence tours involving compelling and presentations catering to prospects needs, values and concerns </li><li>Conduct follow-up outreach in regard to questions, concerns and requests of prospects or their agents and ensure all leads are actively pursued appropriately. </li><li>Provide concise and easy to follow application instructions on the leasing and approval process to prospects </li><li>Develop monthly rental rate and concession reports for the property's competitive set </li><li>Handle and maintain property pricing grids and inventory </li><li>Assist and run concise daily and weekly leasing traffic reports for both the developer and Corcoran teams </li><li>Negotiate rental terms when needed and facilitate the lease signing process for each residence you rent </li><li>Interact daily with new development management regarding customer and property feedback </li><li>Update property advertising </li><li>Assist in the creation of property condition feedback reports, and comparable reports </li><li>Provide leasing and administrative support to the Leasing Director daily </li><li>Develop relationships with local brokerage firms to increase outside brokerage activity at the property </li><li>Work under the direct tutelage of the Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of New Development rentals daily </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson or NYS Associate Broker License required </li><li>Experience in the NYC rental market is preferred </li><li>3 years of proven experience in Real Estate brokerage preferred with a minimum of 1 year experience in new development marketing or onsite leasing </li><li>Strong ability to interact successfully with potential residents </li><li>Excellent verbal and writing communication skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing market conditions, building construction conditions, changing timelines and inventory fluctuation </li><li>Meticulous with excellent organization skills </li><li>Ability to succeed and collaborate in a team environment </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with the On-site.com tenant screening software </li></ul>
