This individual will be the primary manager and administrator for all Center administrative needs for Center activities. Serves as first point of contact to all inquiries. Provides exceptional customer service to Center stakeholders. Actively manages and supports the administrative, organizational, and data needs for activities with the Center's internal and external stakeholders such as, university students, faculty, staff, and potential students as well as other SmartState Chairs and affiliates, business community members, and other professional entities. Activities include coordinating the Strategic Innovation Certificate ongoing undertakings as related to course management and student inquiries, onboarding and matriculation tasks. Duties also consist of event planning and delivery, scheduling space, coordinating logistics, expense reimbursement processing, coordination and communication between stakeholders, and research project management.</p> <p>Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience</p> <p>Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.</p> <p>Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials</p> <p>N/A</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree and two or more years of related experience in business management, administrative services, or related field; or equivalency.</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</p> <p>Must possess decision-making, communication, collaboration, organization, and skills-such as effective verbal and written communication; customer service best practices; coordinating with off-site stakeholders; planning, organizing, and executing projects and events; dealing effectively and courteously with the public; exercising judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
