Maintain data integrity while completing admissions tasks in a timely manner. Provide collaboration and correspondence with Registration, Bursar and district staff regarding student admissions activities using the student information system.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Provide high quality walk-in and distance (phone, email, and text) customer interactions for prospective and current students, secondary and adult, to assure appropriate program selection for individuals' desired educational and career outcomes while maintaining compliance to FERPA regulations. </li><li>Admit students based on program time preferences with a clear understanding of the differences and application of schedule types; follow admissions procedures with students, including admission follow-up. </li><li>Monitor student applications and real-time applicant data through reports to identify and address errors or necessary updates to maintain data integrity. Troubleshoot application issues for immediate resolution or referral to IT for more complex problems. </li><li>Build and sustain positive relationships with partner school staff by creating and maintaining ongoing communication and service. </li><li>Collaborate with Career Advisement, Assessment, Financial Aid, Bursars, Campus Counselors, and district staff regarding student information and admission activities using CRM, including program openings, wait lists, and change requests. </li><li>Perform duties interrelated to Registration following CRM rules and information to ensure smooth transition from admission to enrollment for admitted students and proper processing of dropped students. </li><li>Refer applicants of unique populations, such as Career/Aerospace Academy, students requiring disability services, and adult applicants with special circumstances to appropriate departments or campuses. </li><li>Assist Advisement and Outreach with formal presentations at partner schools to raise awareness of technical training opportunities at Tulsa Tech. Participate in application days to assist students at partner school sites with account set up and creating an application. </li><li>Communicate with Instructional Services to ensure consistency of program information between marketing materials, the external website, and internally published program information. </li><li>Perform all other duties as may be assigned by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>This position requires three (3) years of experience utilizing advanced computer software and database systems as well as performing data analysis. </li><li>Experience using a student information system for records, reports, and related information is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p> <p>Salary Schedule:</p> <p>Operations Support - 12 Month Contract</p> <p>Hiring Range:</p> <p>$39,267 - $43,344 annually dependent upon experience, plus $9,600 additional compensation yearly for salary-in-lieu of paid dependent benefit coverage</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Employee Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Sick Leave, Vacation, Personal Leave, Pension Plan, 457 Savings Plan, and 25 paid holidays</p> <p>Closing Date:</p> <p>For maximum consideration, receipt of application material is March 2nd.
