<p>GRADE 5-12 SCHOOL COUNSELING COORDINATOR</p> <p>School Year: 2025-2026 FTE: 1.0 Location: Medway High School (grades 9-12) & Medway Middle School (grades 5-8) Union? Yes</p> <p>The Coordinator of School Counseling at Medway Public Schools plays a key leadership role in advancing a comprehensive, vertically aligned social-emotional and counseling support system across grades PK-12. Reporting to the Director of Wellness, this position supports and supervises school counselors and mental health professionals to ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices aligned with models such as the Massachusetts Model for Comprehensive School Counseling, MyCAP, and the ASCA framework. The coordinator facilitates professional development, chairs 504 meetings, leads Student Support Teams, and guides the development and monitoring of a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS), including entrance/exit criteria and referral processes.
