<p>Role OverviewEntegra's Finance team is currently searching for a Senior Manager Business Analytics. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive analytical, operational, and process-improvement support for Entegra's largest client. The position ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting activities, supports audit readiness, enhances procurement systems, and drives operational excellence.This is a remote position with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.What You'll Do· Perform business analysis to support Entegra's largest client, including managing multiple workstreams and ad hoc priorities.· Assist in preparing for and supporting client audits by gathering documentation and ensuring compliance.· Conduct data analysis to verify completeness and correctness of accounting activities.· Maintain and update databases; prepare and process recurring journal entries with a high level of accuracy.· Recommend and implement process and procedural improvements to drive efficiency and operational excellence.· Support the development and deployment of tools that enhance financial processes, including participation in solution design and testing.· Provide analytical and operational support to the Senior Director II on special projects and ad hoc requests.· Serve as a versatile, solutions-oriented analyst able to take on a wide range of tasks as business needs arise.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
