With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).</p> <p>A day in the life.</p> <p>As our Financial Analyst on the Finance team, you'll be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to drive data-informed business decisions. This role will analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.</p> <p>Our future colleague.</p> <p>We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a related finance role </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling) </li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large data sets </li><li>Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements </li></ul> <p>These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:</p> <ul> <li>CPA and/or MBA </li><li>Insurance industry or professional services experience </li><li>Experience working with data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau) </li></ul> <p>We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
